The celebrated musician is gearing up for a major cinematic onslaught in 2026, starting with the fictional documentary titled The Moment.
In the film, the artist portrays what she refers to as a hell version of her public image.
It’s the realest depiction of the entertainment world that I’ve ever encountered, Charli commented.
She elaborated in a conversation: It’s far from a live performance documentary, however the inspiration stemmed from the pressure to create one.
A Glimpse into The Moment
The initial preview, released on Thursday, blends authentic footage from her recent tour with fictionalized behind-the-scenes moments.
The mockumentary is helmed and co-scripted by the director, who shared that the plot revolves around a scenario where the artist took completely different paths throughout the promotion of her hugely successful record Brat.
